Louisiana Gaming Control Board

The previous Board orders of March 16, 2020, imposed a 14 day period during which casino gaming and video poker operations could not be conducted in the state.  Those orders were set to expire 14 days from the date of issuance.  Those orders have now been revised and impose an extension of the original expiration dates.
In accordance with the new orders, the ban on casino gaming and video poker operations is extended through April 12, 2020.  That date now conforms with other Executive Orders signed by Governor John Bel Edwards relative to the public emergency created by Covid 19.
As always Board orders may be amended or extended as necessary to protect the public health and wellbeing.
